Designed by Phil Morrison and Derek Clark the Rebel is built and refined by our Hartley Boats race team in Derby (UK). It is a high performance two person light weigh skiff originally conceived as a boat for the Olympics. With a hull weight of just 40kg and hull length of  4.5m this beautiful skiff is ideally suited to challenge experienced lightweight crews. The narrow 1.4m beam skips nimbly over the water with minimal effort while the crew extend their weight well out on the twin trapeze wires off the wide racks that extend the beam to 2.9m. With a combined sail area of 46.7m², this skiff can really move!
